High End 1-1 Training
Custom Individualized Workouts (App Access): These will be updated weekly based on goals and what agrees or disagrees with your body.
Unlimited Text Support + Technique Refinement: You will be able to reach out to me whenever you need support. If you feel stuck, not understanding an exercise or want me to look at your form; I am just a text away!
One 1-1 Virtual Sessions: You will receive one online virtual sessions where I will train you 1-1 each week. These are extremely valuable because it will be as if I am actually in the room taking you through your workout. The goal here is to build trust and rapport as well as improve your knowledge and awareness and execution of each exercise.
Full Access To Online Resources: You will be able to access all of my content that is already online and be the first to receive new innovative information. This includes (but not limited to) nutrition guidance / meal plans, prehab / rehab exercises, self help skills, and mental strengthening techniques.
Bi-Weekly Virtual Meetings: These will include goal setting and progress tracking. That way you will know if you are staying on track or learn what you need to do to keep moving in the right direction to reach your desired outcome.
Three Month Commitment: This program does require a three month commitment to allow adequate time to show progress and improvement. I am a firm believer of the old saying "It takes 30 days to create a new habit, and 90 days to create a new lifestyle".
